Santex America se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Administrador IT.
Su responsabilidad será la de administración del area IT y la coordinación de las tareas relacionadas.
Sus funciones incluirán pero no estarán limitadas a:
- Administración, planeamiento y monitoreo de nuestra red de datos
- Administración, planeamiento y monitoreo de nuestra red de VOIP
- Coordinación y colaboración con equipos de desarrollo, así como otros perfiles IT dentro de la empresa.
- Trabajo y planeación con nuestros proveedores de telecomunicaciones.
- Administración, planeamiento y monitoreo de nuestros planes de backup.

El candidato ideal sería una persona con un fuerte background en el área de IT, con experiencia implementando y administrando los siguientes servicios:
LAMP
Email
PBX / VoIP
Java
BASH/PERL
Scripting
Networking y plataformas de monitoreo
Se valorará experiencia en Google Apps. Buscamos una persona proactiva, capaz de proponer ideas y darles seguimiento para el logro de las mismas y del equipo de IT. Es indispensable tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación para con todo el equipo de Project Management.

Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will guide the sales, adoption and features of the SGC product line as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new features for products developed by the company. You will own products from existing deployments, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience. Most important in this is your contact with customers and prospects to assure we are providing what they want and need. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make our vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company from senior management, client services, project management, designers and developers. You will work with a engineering counterparts to define product release requirements and schedules. You will work with business development and senior management to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits and target markets. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going communications with customers and non-customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product specifications and competitive positioning.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute it from scratch.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product and support early adoption of the products
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Spanish and English Speaking, preferably with some Portuguese speaking skills as well
- 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience
- Knowledgeable in technology including SaaS, JAVA, .NET, PHP, Drupal, HTML/CSS, Mobile Platforms (Android, iOS and Blackberry) and Project Management
- Computer Science or Engineering degree a must
- This position requires travel to the client and non-customer sites in North America and LATAM (25%)
